All courses offered on this platform are digital products. Once a course is purchased and access is granted, it is considered consumed. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical issues preventing access to the course (not resolved within 48 hours)

In such cases, users must contact us with valid proof.

3. Refund Request Timeline
Any refund request must be made within 3 days of purchase. Requests after this period will not be considered.

4. Processing of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy
Once enrolled, users cannot cancel their course access. Access will remain active as per the course duration.
